AISync is a Chrome extension that provides permanent memory for AI conversations across multiple platforms. The service stores your data locally in your Google Drive.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Extension, you may need to connect your Google Drive account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. Free and Pro Plans
We offer both free and paid Pro plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. Refund Policy
Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Extension
- Maintain the security of your Google Drive account
7. Intellectual Property
The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AISync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
AISync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
